Important Notice: This account is strictly dedicated to SFW (Safe For Work) content. By requesting a commission, you agree to the terms presented below.

1. Turnaround Time & Payment

1. Turnaround Time: Delivery time varies based on your position in the queue, with a maximum deadline of up to 3 months per artwork. You can track the progress of your order at any time via my [Trello Link].2. Pricing & Fees: Prices vary depending on level of detail, complexity, framing, and artist discretion. Orders placed via VGen carry an additional 5% fee to cover platform costs.3. Payment Methods: Payment must be made upfront upon ordering via invoice.4. Payment Plans: For eligible amounts, I accept split payment: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

3. Creative Process & Communication

1. Waitlist: Your request will be placed on the waitlist as soon as payment is confirmed, and work will begin once previous commissions are completed.

2. Approvals (WIPs): For most orders, progress updates (Work in Progress) will be sent for your approval in two main stages:
a. Rough / Sketch
b. Lineart / Flat Colors

3. Communication: I am not active on social media full-time. If you need an urgent response, reaching out via Telegram [@paggi_art] is the quickest method.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate client behavior, or unforeseen circumstances.

1. Cancellation by the ARTIST: 100% refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellation by the CLIENT:
a. Before work begins: Retention of 10% of the total amount as a reservation/convenience fee.
b. During Sketch / Lineart stage: 50% refund of the total amount.
c. During Coloring / Finalization stage: No refund.

3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days (for payments up to $100 or 10 business days for higher amounts.

5. Terms of Use (Personal vs. Commercial)

Personal Use Included: The client is granted rights to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes, such as: personal prints (decor/collection), profile pictures/avatars, wallpapers, and posts on personal websites/social media (with proper credit and without removing the artist's signature).

2. Strict Restrictions:
a. It is prohibited to edit, copy, trace, or alter the finished artwork.
b. It is strictly prohibited to use the artwork for NFTs, Artificial Intelligence (AI training / Machine Learning), or reselling.
c. Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for digital/physical products for sale, monetization, or corporate projects, an additional commercial licensing fee will apply. Contact me for a custom quote.

**Portfolio Rights:// The artist reserves the right to post the finished artwork on social media and reuse declined concepts/sketches for personal projects or future commissions.
